    Our History

    Happy Scenes Water Association was established in 1961. We are proud to serve our small community with fresh mountain water from our well.

    About Our Well

    Our well was drilled to a depth of approximately 430 feet, and it's water is tested monthly to ensure quality and safetly for all of our users. We are currently maxed out at 60 taps on the system. In case of emergency we retain a back up pump to ensure consistent service for users. In the summer months we ask that users water on the days correlating to their address.

  • Board Members

    All board members are voted in on an annual basis at the annual board meeting each summer. Each board member assumes the responsibility to serve a 2-year term. Board members must reside within the borders of the water association in order to be eligible for nomination.
